Manage My Account

Renew my membership

For Organizational (Gold/Platinum) membership renewal:
1. Log-in here.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, select your company profile, and click "My Profile."
3. Navigate to the membership tab.
4. Click "Renew."
*** Please note, you must be listed as the Master Primary Contact account holder in order to renew on behalf of your company. 

For Individual membership renewal:
1. Log-in here.
2. Navigate to the membership tab.
3. Click "Renew."

Change my Username/Password

1. Log-in here.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, select "Change my password" or "Change username" accordingly. 
*** If you are unable to log-in, please reset your password here first using your email address as your username.

Manage my Organization's Contacts

1. Log-in here.
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, select your company profile, and click "Manage Org Contacts."
3. Select this icon to add new individuals, and be sure to select the role "Employee (Member)"
*** Please note, you must be listed as the Master Primary Contact account holder in order to add individuals to your membership.
